Live Plants
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once a plant has been delivered.
However, if your plant arrives:
- Damaged during delivery
- In poor condition
- Incorrect from what was ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item. Our team will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Plant Products
For pots, accessories, gift items, and other non-perishable products:
- Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Once approved, customers may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Healthy live plants after delivery
- Customized or personalized gifts
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Products damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
For same-day deliveries, cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Hadiiqa
Exchanges
Approved exchanges will be arranged based on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative product, store credit, or refund may be offered.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Hadiiqa is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or recipient information.
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery requests.
